As an amateur photographer myself the first thing that comes to my mind when viewing this shot is "it is a beautiful one...BUT..." it could have been more impactul.
Colors and contrast are pretty vivid and the only thing that keeps this capture from being perfect IMHO is the framing.
Your framing the tree cuts it top leaves and make the eye wander from the sun on top of left to the center of the tree therefore distracting the viewer's lecture of the image.
I would recommand you to be pretty cautious whenever you frame so that a beautiful capture like this one becomes... a splendid one.<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
A very good exercize for practicing your framing impact is to train with capturing some of your favorite trees with very different angles. Don't be afraid to try acrobatic positions if you get THE view!
Hoping that was clear and fair<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
